(ORAL) By way of present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks direction to the official respondent No.2 to ensure fair and proper investigation in case FIR No.38 dated 14th of March, 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC and further seeks directions to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondents No.3 to 14.
