This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed in CM-3184-LPA-2025 in LPA-1843-2019. 2.

Learned State counsel has supplied a copy of order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No.46242/2025 filed by the State of Punjab challenging the order dated 05.05.2025 passed in CM-3184-LPA-2025 and order dated 09.04.2025 passed in LPA-1843-2019 in which notice has been issued and status quo has been directed to be maintained.

In view of the above, no ground is made out to entertain the present petition and the same is dismissed at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
