***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Counsel for the respondent submits that he does not intend to file reply and the respondent has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted.

Considering the aforesaid, it is pertinent to mention that there is no child born from the wedlock of the parties. Also, it is submitted that the applicant is not having any source of earning. The applicant has also got lodged an FIR No.65 dated 13.04.2025 under Section 115, 316(2), 351(2), 85 of BNS, which is pending investigation. Even, the petition under Section 144 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant, which is still at the appearance stage. The distance between the two places is stated to be about 60 kms. In view of the mitigating circumstances aforesaid as well as the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. Sonu 2025.08.27 10:23 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-1014-2025 HMA/243/2025, titled 'Sarwan Singh v/s Neha Arora', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Ambala to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Yamunanagar. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Ambala, to the District and Sessions Judge, Yamunanagar.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Yamunanagar, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Yamunanagar. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Yamunanagar, within a period of one month from today onwards.
