Amit Rawal, J (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside impugned transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioner has been transferred against the transfer policy (Annexure P-2).

Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent - State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) within some specified time. CWP No.29749 of 2019 [2] In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of the case or commenting thereon, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of ` 25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
