( 2 ) CRM-M-51219-2022 Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Harpreet Kaur, AAG, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana and on instructions from ASI Jatinder has not refuted the fact that the petitioner jumped bail on 3.3.2022 and consequently his bail order was cancelled and subsequently taken into custody on 12.9.2022 and is presently lodged in custody. I have considered the submissions made by counsel for the parties.

In the light of the above as the petitioner was initially granted regular bail and later on he jumped bail and subsequently he surrendered on 12.9.2022, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail subject to his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate concerned.
