Apprehending threat to their life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to protect his life and liberty, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the nature of mandamus.

At the outset counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of in view of the reply filed by the State. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of in view of the reply filed by the State, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to come to this Court again, in case need so arises.
