According to para no. 4 of the status report, respondents No. 9 to 13 were found innocent, whereas, respondent No. 8 Asif was arrested. It is further mentioned in para no. 6 of the status report that after completion of investigation, challan is already presented before the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hathin on 14.11.2022 and now it is fixed for 12.05.2023. In view of the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
