(Oral) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners in view of the fact that the prosecution evidence already stood recorded and as conceded by learned counsel for the petitioners that prosecution witnesses have also supported the case of the prosecution in the instant case, which stands registered under Sections 382, 392, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act (Section 307 IPC added later on), a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
