Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), seeking quashing of the below detailed First Information Report (FIR), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Notice of motion in this petition was issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 09.08.2025, but as per PRASHANT KAPOOR 2026.01.23 14:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement
CRM-M-43110-2025 office note dated 18.08.2025, notices could not be issued to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 for want of process fee.

Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition by stating that the petitioners, namely, (1) Sumeri, (2) Arif Khan, (3) Waseem Akram, (4) Aasif and (5) Nafees, and private respondent Nos. 4 and 5, i.e. Abdul Hafix and Mehboob respectively, have already resolved the dispute amicably and entered into a compromise.

Accordingly, present petition is permitted to be withdrawn, on the basis of aforementioned statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, and disposed of as such.
