Mr. Devender Arya, Advocate for the complainant. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel upon instructions from Head Constable Suresh Kumar states that 18 out of 25 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the matter is now listed for examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses on 12.12.2019. He further states that every effort shall be made to examine the remaining witnesses tomorrow or as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
