The present revision petition was filed by the plaintiff - Amarjit Singh, challenging the order dated 25.9.2019, whereby the trial Court dismissed the application under Order 26 Rule 9 read with Section 151 CPC, for appointment of the Local Commissioner in the suit.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the fact that after filing of the present petition before this Court, the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably & as a matter of consequence, the suit filed by the petitioner (plaintiff), is required to be withdrawn before the trial Court. To meet out the said purpose, counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that withdrawal of the BANITA CHUGH 2023.09.12 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR No. 6507 of 2019 -2present petition is also required. Accordingly, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition to enable him to withdraw the suit before the trial court as well, to meet out terms of the compromise. 3.

On the basis of statement made by counsel before this court, the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
