Present petition, in the shape of Public Interest Litigation, has been filed by the petitioner praying for directing the respondents for ensuring operation of International Terminal of Chandigarh International Airport away from the present Airport, which is operating within constraints of the Air Force authorities, and also for providing easier connectivity and accessibility to the said airport, besides raising other issues.

It is not in dispute that writ petition bearing No.CWP-27436-2015 is pending consideration before this Court, which relates more or less to the same issue.

In case there is any other issue, which the petitioner has raised MOHIT GOYAL 2025.08.11 11:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-PIL-206-2025 2 herein, which is not raised in the said earlier case, then he is afforded liberty to intervene in the aforesaid petition i.e. CWP-27436-2015. 3.
