(ORAL) Prayer in this criminal writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to the respondents to initiate and consider the premature release of the petitioner, as the petitioner has undergone more sentence that is required for consideration of his premature release.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
