(Oral) CM-2108-C-2025 Prayer made in the application filed under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151, CPC, is for disposing of the appeal in terms of compromise dated 29.01.2025, Annexure A-1, executed between the parties. Counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the second appeal, a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and a written compromise, Annexure A-1, has been executed. Issue notice of the application.

Mr. H.S.Batth, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of contesting respondent No.1. He has affirmed the factum of compromise between the parties. He does not have any objection in case the appeal is disposed off in terms of compromise, Annexure A-1.

For the reasons given in the application, it is allowed. Annexure A-1 is taken on record.
