Mr. B.S. Bairagi, Advocate for the complainant. DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) It is stated by learned counsel for the complainant that no reply is to be filed.

Petitioner is praying for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.64, dated 10.04.2022, registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot, under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B of IPC.

The only role attributed to the petitioner is that he attacked complainant-injured Gurpiar Singh with a rod on his right arm. As per custody certificate placed on record by learned State counsel, petitioner is in custody for the last 9 months and 25 days, with no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed on record the copy of order dated 24.02.2023 passed in CRM-M-8752-2023, whereby co-accused Bhinder Singh was allowed bail, copy of another order dated 31.01.2023 passed in CRM-M-2748-2023, whereby another co-accused Rachpal Singh was allowed bail and also copy of order dated 21.12.2022 passed in CRM-M-58444-2022, whereby one more coaccused, namely Sukhman Singh @ Kaka was allowed bail by a coSARITA RANI 2023.03.01 18:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/order ordinate Bench.

CRM-M-51079-2022 Having regard to the aforesaid factual position, but without commenting anything upon the merits of the case, the petitioner is admitted to regular bail and he is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court concerned.

Allowed.
