Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.55 dated 26.06.2021, under Section 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadiq, District Faridkot.

When this Court was not inclined to accept the bail of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the petition, at this stage.
