)*+ This petition has been filed against the order dated 29.07.2025 seeking cancellation of Sapurdari bonds and seizure of vehicle of the petitioners, who are owners of three different tractors. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the abovesaid tractors are the case properties in a trial pending before a court and that efforts are being made by the trial Court, by adopting coercive methods, to procure the case property. As per learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners undertake to produce the case property as and when required by the Court. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners is apprehending that on production, the case property may be seized by the learned trial Court.

However, in my opinion once the vehicles, which are the case property, are produced before the learned trial Court there will be no need of seizure of the case property by the Court and the same would be returned to the petitioners after recording of evidence. In such circumstances I do not find any convincing ground behind the apprehension projected by the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition being without merits deserves dismissal. The same is hereby dismissed, accordingly. However, it is clarified that if any penalty is imposed %

after the release of the vehicles, by the learned trial Court, the petitioners shall be at liberty to challenge such order before this Court.
