The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Earlier, petition for the same relief was filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

The relief sought and cause of action are same. This Court finds itself unable to grant any relief when order dated 10.2.2022 (Annexure P-3) has already been passed whereby relief sought was granted. Dismissed.
