*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that claim sought for in the present petition is squarely covered by policy dated 31.01.2014 (Annexure P-13) and the same issue was there before this Court in CWP No. 16385 of 2012 (Annexure P-17) decided on 24.08.2012. Thereafter, it was upheld by the LPA Bench. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner had made a representation dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-18) but still no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case directions are issued to respondent No.2 to take action on the said representation in view of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 16345 of 2009 decided on 14.09.2010 (Annexure P-14).

Keeping in view the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take action on representation dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-18) in view of judgment NEETU RANI 2019.10.19 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
