RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to enquire and save the mobile number and tower location, number of vehicle with log-book, because the husband of the petitioner (Jarnail Singh) was illegally taken into custody by the police persons, in plain clothes, from Dera Baba Wadbagh Singh Ji (Himachal Pradesh) where the husband of the petitioner has gone with friends, in a routine manner, to offer obeisance, and subsequently implicated in FIR No.222, dated 20.10.2023, under Sections 18C, 25, 27 and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for redressal of her grievances. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. September 24, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
