This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.07.2025 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh, vide which the objections and two applications moved by judgment debtor for staying the execution proceedings till the final outcome of the civil suit and adjourning the case sine die, have been dismissed. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the execution proceedings have been withdrawn in view of the fact that the possession has been delivered vide order dated 08.08.2025 and thus, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. 3.
