Amit Rawal, J (Oral) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.1 to consider the candidature of petitioner and permit him to appear in the test for the post of Steno-typist in terms of notification dated 15.01.2019 (Annexure P-2) as well as not to declare the final result till pendency of the instant writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.1 - State of Haryana through Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, to consider the representation dated 27.09.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a stipulated period. CWP No.29733 of 2019 [2] Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.1 - State of Haryana through Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, to consider the representation dated 27.09.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, failing which respondent No.1 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
