***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The instant petition had been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of emergency parole so as to take care of his mother, who was suffering from some coronary heart disease. This Court vide order dated 7.11.2022 and thereafter vide order dated 9.12.2022 had extended the parole till today i.e. 9.1.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner's mother has since been discharged from hospital and that he may be granted 4 more days to make necessary arrangements for her post-surgical care and that he shall surrender before the jail authorities after 4 days. In view of the aforestated position, the parole as granted to the petitioner is further extended till 13.1.2023.
