HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J The grievance of the petitioner is that though FIR No.0283 dated 26.6.2019 under Sections 436/34 IPC, P.S Safidon, District Jind has been registered, however, no action has been taken by the police to properly investigate the matter. The petitioner has been repeatedly representing to the respondents but of no avail.

In this regard, the petitioner has recently submitted a representation dated 23.7.2019 (P.2) to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Hisar Range, Hisar.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.2) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
