Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the adverse remarks recorded in the ACR of petitioner for the period from 01.04.2020 to 31.08.2020 as reflected from impugned communication dated 10.06.2021 (P-4); order dated 02.05.2023 (P-7), passed by respondent No.2, thereby rejecting the second representation; and order dated 17.03.2023 (P-6), passed by respondent No.3, declining the representation preferred against the same. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
