(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to have recourse to all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to the petitioner for protecting the ancestral property, in case actually found to be ancestral, including remedy of approaching the Civil Courts.
