Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for directing respondent No.2 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.137, dated 31.07.2024, registered under Sections 115(2)/118(1)/191(3)/190/351 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Gate Hakima, Amritsar and to add appropriate section and submit a final report in this regard. It is further prayed to issue direction to respondent No.2 to provide the protection to the petitioner and his family members.

It is submitted that FIR in this case was registered on 31.07.2024 but till date investigation has not been completed. 3.
