FIR in this case was registered on 29.08.2019 and the petitioner-complainant has filed this petition on 14.10.2019, seeking direction to the police to proceed against respondents No.4 to 12. The petition is premature as the police required some time to proceed further with the investigation of the case. Instead of giving time to the police, the petitioner has opted to rush to this Court. I find no reason to issue any direction to the police at this stage. This petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court at later stage, if so required.
