That in compliance to the said order of this Hon'ble Court, it is respectfully submitted that in the present petition, the petitioners have sought direction not to conduct multiple enquiries in the same matter. In this regard, it is respectfully submitted that presently no new enquiry is being conducted against the petitioners nor the petitioners had moved the said Representation dated 28.09.2019 Annexure P-9 with the DGP complaining about the conducting of multiple enquiries. It is further submitted that regarding the earlier enquiries, petitioner no.1 had already filed Petitions before this Hon'ble Court bearing CRM-M-46408/2017 and CRM-M-45618/2017 and those earlier POOJA SHARMA 2023.07.27 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
enquiries have already been considered and discussed by this Hon'ble Court in the said earlier petitions. However, thereafter respondent no.8 had moved another Complaint bearing UID No.1658058 dated 23.09.2019 with the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana which was marked to the then ADCP-HQ and Security, Ludhiana who considered the earlier enquiries and found that the matter is of civil nature and no police action is warranted in the matter, and the said complaint of respondent no.8 has been consigned to the office record.
