**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) CM-3631-C-2018 This is an application for preponment of the main appeal. For the reasons recorded in the application the same is allowed and the case is heard today itself.

CM No. 14464-C-2015 This is an application for condonation of 711 days in filing the appeal. The ground taken is that the appellant was an illiterate poor person and it took time to arrange funds for filing this appeal.
