Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the impugned order dated 22.09.2022 (P-8), passed by respondent No.1, whereby, an appeal of petitioner was disposed off without providing requisite information under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition. 3.
