This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 28.05.2025 passed in CWP-10148-2025. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Vijay Dhaka, Chief Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram has been filed by learned counsel for the respondent, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
