City, Hissar by Ms. X.; fair investigation without coercion, opportunity of collecting and submitting evidence in defence and regarding notice issued under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies available to him in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
