Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, in case FIR No. 17 dated 09.01.2017 registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal. On instructions from ASI Ajit Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
