CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondent to refix salary and pay scale of the petitioner as JBT Teacher along with similar situated teachers, who have been appointed in pursuance to same advertisement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner.
