Learned State counsel submits that as per the reply dated 13.02.2020, no offence under Section 302 IPC found to be made against the accused persons in the investigation. Even the challan is ready for submission before the trial Court. Petitioner may agitate before trial Court by filing appropriate application.

Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty reserve to approach the trial Court by filing appropriate application, if any. All pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
