The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No. 135 dated 25.09.2024 under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC registered at Police Station Anaj Mandi, Patiala, District Patiala. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that, despite the order dated 06.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has not joined the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions with regard to the same.

I have heard the submissions made by ld. counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has failed to comply with the order dated 06.03.2026 and has not joined the investigation, this Court finds no ground to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed.
