**** SUKHVINDER KAUR , J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to official respondents Nos.3 & 4 not to harass and torture the petitioners at the hands of private respondent Nos.5 & 6.
During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.3, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.3 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.
Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice and submitted that she has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) is looked into.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to SANGEETA 2025.08.08 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRWP-8570-2025 look into the aforesaid representation and decide the same at the earliest and to take appropriate action as per law, if any required, at the earliest, regarding threat perception.
