(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to register an FIR against respondents No.6 to 9 and to take appropriate legal action as per law with regard to their illegal activities, misappropriation and for committing fraud. The petitioner, who is present in person, submits that at this stage, she would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.5-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 14.8.2023 (Annexure P-1) made by her, in a time bound manner. Today the Lawyers are abstaining from work.

After hearing the petitioner, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali), to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representation and take action thereupon as RISHU KATARIA 2023.09.28 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
