Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon their Aadhar Cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Kirandeep Kaur is 31.10.2004 born and petitioner No.2-Lovepreet Singh is 14.02.2001 born.
Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 (Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda) to look into the the representation dated DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.11.07 15:18 I attest to the accuracy of this document
