Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.49 dated 16.03.2017 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at P.S. Phase I, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). After issuance of notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.01.2020. This case was ordered to be heard along with CRM-M No.53516 of 2018. Vide order of even date passed in the said petition, anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitionerMOHMED ATIK 2021.10.06 17:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 24.01.2020, the petitioner has already joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satwinder Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation of the case.
Learned counsel for the complainant however opposed the bail on the ground that it is a case of cheating and fabrication of record.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I find that the allegations are relatable to documents. Petitioner has joined the investigation.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, interim order dated 24.01.2020 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
