Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Ashok Kumar, has informed the Court that a statement was made by the petitioners that there was now no threat perception in existence. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the wake of the submissions made by the State counsel, he would not press the instant petition and it may be disposed of as such. 4.

Disposed of as not pressed.
