Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 23.02.2021, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.3, whereby the petitioners have been ordered to pay Rs.4,04,865/-, as deficient stamp duty, and Rs.2,500/-, as registration fee, on the registered Sale Deed, and order dated 05.06.2024, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.2, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioners has been dismissed.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of filing the revision petition under Section 47-B of Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as applicable to the State of Haryana.
