NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a directions to official respondents No. 1 to 4, to take an appropriate action against the private respondents No. 5 to 11, in view of representation dated 15.06.2023 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner as respondent No. 5/husband of the petitioner without taking divorce from her, in connivance with his parents i.e. respondents No. 6 and 7 is residing with respondent No. 8 as husband and wife. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 15.06.2023 (Annexure P-3) made by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representation and take action thereupon as he deems fit, in accordance with law, within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
