PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed claiming that the petitioners are living in relationship and apprehend threat from respondents No.4 to 6. 2.

It is admitted in the pleadings that so far as respondent No.6 is concerned his whereabouts are not known. It is beyond comprehension that how the petitioners apprehend threat from a person who has not been even heard of from last three year. So far as respondent No.4 and 5 are concerned, they both are residents of village Mala situated in District Madhya Pradesh.

In view of above, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the present petition in view of the fact that the respondents against whom necessary relief is being sought are residing beyond jurisdiction of this Court.

Resultantly, the present petition is dismissed as not maintainable before this Court.
