Petitioner has filed this criminal revision through his mother for setting aside the impugned order dated 06.10.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sangrur whereby interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month was granted to petitioner. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and accordingly he withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
