*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) The petitioners are seeking direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to decide the objections raised by them on account of the enhanced compensation being demanded by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) while taking into consideration the calculation sheet prepared by the petitionersSocieties. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitionersSocieties had been allotted land by the respondents for developing Group Housing Flats. The respondents have imposed additional cost on the petitioners on account of enhanced compensation to be paid to the original land owners as per court orders. He also submits that the details of the calculation towards additional costs has not been provided by the respondents. He further submits that the petitioners are submitting the representation alongwith calculation VANITA 2025.09.03 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment

CWP-26121-2025 sheet and therefore, the respondents be directed to consider the same and pass the order setting out the detailed calculation towards additional costs. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Ms. Kushaldeep Kaur, Advocate and Ms. Ashna Singh appear and accept notice on behalf of respondent(s)-HSVP.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioners alongwith the calculation sheet prepared by them and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the representatives of the petitioners-Societies.
