(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.116 dated 13.11.2021, registered under Section 376(2) (n) IPC lodged at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa, Haryana (Annexure P-1), and all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the above said FIR. Learned State counsel on instructions submitted that charges have already been framed against the petitioner-accused, and the trial is now fixed for 01.08.2023 to examine prosecution witnesses. In this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
