The appeal is disposed of and case is remanded for fresh decision in terms of detailed judgment of even date passed in RFA No.796 of 2015 titled as "The State of Haryana and others Vs. Tek Chand". However, in view of earlier order dated 15.01.2019, the appellant(s) shall not be entitled to interest on the enhanced compensation for the period of delay of 625 days in case the reference Court decides in favour of the landowners.
