This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (RSA6016-2015) from 13.11.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents' states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal is taken on Board today itself.

RSA-6016-2015 -2since been compromised between the parties and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal in view of compromise deed dated 02.08.2024. 6.

Learned counsel for the respondents' states that as agreed between the parties a demand draft No.223774 dated 12.08.2024 for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- drawn on State Bank of India, Branch Mahesh Nagar, Ambala Cantt. has been handed over to the appellant, who is present in Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
